We approach our consulting service as you would approach a patient.

• We first gather information by listening to you, to what you think is your challenges and concerns.
• On a one to one basis with the doctor(s), we then ask in depth questions about the practice. These would include practice and staff management, treatment modalities and presentation, handling of insurance and much more. This typically could take 3-5 hrs.
• This is followed by a full day of observation of a typical day by a consultant at your office.
• After analyzing the information gathered, we meet with the doctor and make specific recommendations, whether they are areas of strength or weakness. These areas would include patient management, accounts receivable, staff management, marketing, insurance handling and processing, treatment plan presentation, efficient scheduling, patient recall scheduling and more.
• Once the areas of recommendation are mutually agreed upon by the doctor and our consultants, a full day of staff/office training is done.
• We would then be available for telephone consultation as needed.

In addition to existing practice consulting, we also guide the practitioner in a step by step fashion to start a new practice. This process includes:

• Guidance in equipping your new office
• Establishing the practice management system (including scheduling, accounts receivables, etc.)
• Developing a marketing strategy
• Help in understanding and dealing with insurance companies
• How to acquire and interview potential staff members
• Ordering supplies
• Managing the new patient flow
• Finding and interviewing dental labs
• Training your new staff
